7. Agreement

Terms & Conditions
The person signing/clicking this form accepts total responsibility for full payment and any additional costs that may be incurred in the production of this order under the following Terms and Conditions. 1) All orders must come accompanied with full payment before any work will begin, unless orders are placed online- in those cases Spotlight Printing will call for payment after a proof has been approved. Once a proof has been approved- printing may begin before payment is collected. In those cases, once a proof has been approved, the customer has entered into a binding agreement to purchase printing services and thus cannot change the order once the proof has been approved, unless the order has not gone to the printing press yet. There is a $25.00 service charge on returned checks. 2) Copy must be clearly printed or typed; Spotlight will not be responsible for errors resulting from ambiguities. 3) Whereas every care is taken, Spotlight will not be held responsible for loss or damage to negatives or photos. 4) Where a proof is waived, layout and cropping are at Spotlight’s discretion and we will not be held responsible for client dissatisfaction. 5) Spotlight reserves the right to use samples for promotional purposes unless expressly prohibited by client at time of order. 6) Clients have 7 days to express dissatisfaction after receiving their order. 7) Customers, must take special care when proofing orders, once a proof has been APPROVED, Spotlight Printing we will not be held responsible for client dissatisfaction with regards to typos. 8) Once an online proof has been approved- Spotlight Printing will call the client and provide final total and collect payment. 9) There could be slight color variations between the final print production and the online proof due to variations with color settings on monitors and software used to view your proofs. 10) If you choose to cancel your order, you must do so within 48 hours after receiving your proof, notification must be received via e-mail or phone or a $35 fee will be charged or the amount can be sent to a Collection Agency . 11) Our proofs are copyrighted and cannot be printed at another establishment.
